119. Headlight black bezel

I had been running a custom setup for nearly 20 years: the stock headlight bezels painted body-color white, combined with slanted covers on the upper side. Recently, I decided to revert them back to the original black bezels. The trigger may have been trivial—perhaps even influenced by news about pandas being returned to China—but the result feels unfamiliar. At the moment, it still looks strange to my eyes.

For the front turn signals, I switched to the European-spec lenses with a clear section on the position-light side only. This brings the appearance a bit closer to the original Turbo 2 look. If I later change the fog lamps to yellow and the side indicator lenses to orange, it would move closer to a T2 style. Going further, fitting an unpainted bumper and reinstalling the original grille would bring it closer to the cabriolet’s original form. For now, I will stick with this configuration for a while.
